Pictures? Forget about it....

We got back from our wonderful winter reprieve last Tuesday... a 50 degree swing in temperature but at least the sun was shining. 

We had an excellent show and made many new friends from the very different world of wholesale. Our trade show experienced booth neighbors from CA were especially helpful and nice. 

We happily met some of the store and gallery owners that are already carrying our lines, Mary from Thistle Gallery, Holland MI,  Lynn from Tres Belle Boutique, Lake Geneva WI and Kim from Zig Zag Gallery, Dayton OH to name just a few. 

As for all of the new business owners we met we would like to especially thank you for your interest in our products...your orders will keep us busy until Spring. 

Forgot my camera in the car so I cannot share pictures I intended to take of our trip to Renningers, sunny FL and our new acquaintances. Next trip I'll get those clip cords used for kids mittens...this forgetfulness thing I have acquired is getting old just like me...oh to be young again...sigh...but no time to fret over un-taken pictures as I am also busy preparing for........

the Housed Bird Assemblage class I will be teaching tomorrow at The Vintage Nest in Glenview. I have posted this picture of my practice collage to show some of the layering techniques I will be sharing with my creative play mates...and girls don't forget to wear clothes you don't mind ruining...all that stenciling, paint flinging, stamping, gluing and transferring can get a little messy...sorry in advance Mindy...

Sounds as if you had a great time, a wonderful experience and maybe were even too busy to take pictures. You can do that next time.
